1.  Argue with Yourself

Make your tapping fun - argue!  Tap giving voice to the reasons for staying stuck and the reasons for changing.  Say the logical and emotional reasons you should do that thing and the reasons you should;t.  The reasons you hate it and the reasons you love it.

This is a way to give both parts of you a voice.  Your inner blocks often clear.  It can help you make decisions.  It can bring clarity where before you just felt confusion..

2.  Tap, Don’t Talk

Stimulating the meridians by tapping has several benefits.  It energizes your body, balances out excess emotion and helps clarify thinking. Additionally, since all the uncleared issues are always running unconsciously, tapping without words helps resolve those issues. 

Any time you think of it, tap.  No words, no set-up, just tap.  I can’t imagine an easier way to work on your issue.

3.  Refuse!

Inside each of us is a bratty little kid.  She wants to talk!  He wants you to listen!  Do EFT tapping while stating your refusal to change. 

Use tapping phrases like this:  You’ll never make me change.  Don’t try to make me.  I won’t do it.  I don’t have to do it.  Who do you think you are, anyway?  It’s not gonna happen.  Don’t try to tell me what to do.

You might be quite surprised how much better you feel after refusing while tapping.

4.  Appreciation Tapping

Your vibe can improve, the law of attraction can work better and you can just plain get happier by doing appreciation tapping.  You can tap on all the things you appreciate in your life, the world, your home, your work, the people in your life.  It’s not the thing you appreciate that matters, it’s how you improve your vibe.

5.  Future Tapping

Help create a positive future by starting your tapping phrases with “I’m looking forward to…”  Finish that statement by saying first things that are about to happen, then things you expect will happen and finally by things you’d feel great if they did happen. 

Do this tapping technique a lot and it will help you feel more joy in life, increase your positive vibe and law of attraction and help you attract more abundance in all areas of your life.
