<p>What Happens When You Tap?</strong></p>
<p>Tapping on the meridians helps to resolve stuck energy patterns. So if you&#8217;re feeling a strong troubling emotion, tapping the points helps to get the energy moving and to clear the upset.</p>
<p><strong>How Do You Do It?</strong></p>
<p>Let&#8217;s say you notice you are upset. You may be feeling any kind of disturbing feeling or emotion. You may be feeling sad, irritated, frustrated, overwhelmed, anxious, angry, resentful, guilty, ashamed, embarrassed or scared.</p>
<p>Just start to tap.</strong></p>
<p>Tap at the eyebrow point, then the side of the eye, then under the eye, under the nose, chin, collarbone, under the arm, then the top of the head. Tap three, five or 20 times at each point. But there’s no need to count.</p>
<p>Then go again, from the eyebrow point to the top of the head.</p>
<p>After a couple of rounds stop tapping and notice what you’re thinking and feeling. If you&#8217;re still upset, tap some more.</p>
<p>While you&#8217;re tapping, just let your thoughts occur naturally. You don&#8217;t have to say them aloud or change them in any way.</p>
<p>You don&#8217;t even have to pay particular attention to your thoughts and feelings while tapping.</p>

<p>The tapping will automatically help to balance out your state and bring you more understanding and clarity. While you may not get 100% clarity, you can move in a very positive direction.</p>

To recap these are the subconscious programs that are running your  current behavior in regard to money and <a title="creating abundance" href="http://www.creating-abundance.net">creating abundance</a>. If the messages are of a positive nature, awesome. If not, there is a way to change the negative messages into positive ones! Take a moment to identify one negative message. I’ll give you a quick example: money doesn&#8217;t grow on trees.</p>
<p> Now that you’ve identified one of your money messages that does not serve you in your desire and journey of creating abundance, it’s time to to do something about it. How do you change them from negative messages into positive ones? You create a positive statement or affirmation by going 180 degrees away. To change “money doesn’t grow on trees” you could write: money is easy to come by. The choices are plentiful.</p>
<p> Your new money messages must be clear, concise, positive statements that are worded in the present tense. Borrowing someone else’s money message will work; however, the best money messages are ones that you design yourself.</p>
<p> The next step is making the new money message a part of your consciousness. Use it as an affirmation, repeating it throughout your day. At first the new message might feel like a lie and uncomfortable&#8230;as if you’re making it up. With time and practice you will begin to believe what you are affirming.</p>
<p> You can also write the affirmations as a daily exercise to enhance your results.
